Once we finalise the project for you your uploaded audio and video materials will be removed in 30 days, unless you choose to keep the final version of your ready to use material for longer in your account.
LAWFUL BASIS AND THE USES MADE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We process all personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. We use the data we collect for the following basic purposes, described in more detail below:

Currently, in order to receive payments for the Services, VideoDone uses third party payment processing service – Swipe (https://swipegateway.com/). In order to pay for the Services according to chosen plan (https://www.videodone.io/rates), User must have access to his/her credit card details or other billing information needed for making a transaction. The Company do not have any access to Users’ payment information, including any credit card details and is not responsible in any way for information security received by third party payment service provider. Before entering any sensitive and personal information User should carefully read Swipe’s privacy policies at https://swipegateway.com/terms/.
We also collect information that is provided to us by jobs candidates (“Applicants”), when they apply to any of the open positions published at our Website via the relevant Position Application Form on our Website by sending us an e-mail or otherwise (see paragraph Personal Data you provide us voluntarily).
